You can chose to return what you wish under the DSR for a full refund, however the p+p will only be refunded if you return the full order.

If you don't mind me asking HouseHuntr how long did you have to wait for a reply I emailed them yesterday and still not got a response

I e-mailed on the Friday to the address above, the goods arrived back with them Tues, they replied weds, but the refund was already in progress and arrived back onto my card Friday.

The reply comes from a different address to the one you send the e-mail to so make sure you have c[EMAIL="commsteam@annsummers.com"]ommsteam@annsummers.com[/EMAIL] as a permissable address otherwise it might end up in your spam mail.
