Can i ask where everybody is getting the £3.95 delivery charge ?

When i go though the checkout i only get these 2 options:

    delivery method

    Delivery time
    • Next Working Day UK Delivery £10. Order before 11 am Monday to Friday
    • Royal Mail Delivery. Free for orders over £35. Any free delivery promotion deducted at checkout.

Oh well ...confesssion time ... not very MSE of me ... but i've opted for the £10 delivery charge on a £10 spend  ....

    Hi,

I don't think you are venturing far enough into the checkout process. The first screen where you are basically just viewing your basket summarises the postage options which you quoted above. It doesn't mention the cost for sending orders under £35 via royal mail. But when you proceed, you just select the royal mail option and it adds the £3.95 to your order. Not the best website design but does work. Apologies if you have gone through the whole checkout process without any option other than £10 next day delivery, but I had no problem when I just purchased an item.

The use of multiple codes is prohibited as stated in bold amongst the T&C's ;-

PLEASE NOTE, ONLY ONE PROMOTIONAL CODE CAN BE USED PER ORDER.

though when attempting a dummy order multiple codes seem to be accepted.
