Can i ask where everybody is getting the £3.95 delivery charge ?
When i go though the checkout i only get these 2 options:
delivery method
Delivery time- Next Working Day UK Delivery £10. Order before 11 am Monday to Friday
- Royal Mail Delivery. Free for orders over £35. Any free delivery promotion deducted at checkout.
Oh well ...confesssion time ... not very MSE of me ... but i've opted for the £10 delivery charge on a £10 spend :eek: ....

Delivery type Cost Delivery time UK Standard delivery £3.95 per order under £35* Order before 3 pm and we'll despatch your order the same day using Royal Mail First Class.
UK Next working day delivery £10 per order Courier delivery guarantees next working day im mainland UK if ordered before 11.00 am Mon-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Courier delivery does not include Saturday.* Europe & Worldwide delivery Charges are £3.95 per order. European Union: 3-5 working days
Rest of World: 5-7working days
my neighbour has just tried to place an order aswell ... but she is not being given the £3.95 delivery option either ........ very strange !

Hi,
I don't think you are venturing far enough into the checkout process. The first screen where you are basically just viewing your basket summarises the postage options which you quoted above. It doesn't mention the cost for sending orders under £35 via royal mail. But when you proceed, you just select the royal mail option and it adds the £3.95 to your order. Not the best website design but does work. Apologies if you have gone through the whole checkout process without any option other than £10 next day delivery, but I had no problem when I just purchased an item.0 -
