Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Here is the order form that came with my clothes. It clearly says they give a full refund if you return the whole order and store credit if you return part of the order:

It says Sale Items cannot be returned unless they are faulty
?

Does their sizing being totally from another planet constitute an item being faulty ?

Looks very nice, however I wouldn't recommend it for the pie eaters on these boards - even the mental image is bringing me close to losing my breakfast :rotfl:

Nowhere does it mention the DSR. This paperwork does not superseed your legal statutory right of the 7 day cooling off period. That's the law and it's clearly stated on the Ann Summers website as I quoted above so you really have no concern whatsoever.

My refund was allocated in full back to my card on Friday.

Yes, that's true for a shop purchase, but once again you are still fully entitled to the 7 day cooling off period of the DSR if purchased online as it clearly shows above.

It rarely does work !

You can e-mail them as I did - Ccare@annsummers.com

eg.

Hello,

I wish to cancel the order above (received 22/06/10) in full under the DSR for 1 x ********* and will return the goods to you today for a full refund of £*.** (cost + p&p) to my credit card.

Regards

You will then receive this reply from them -

Thank you for your recent email. Please be assured that your account has been logged stating you have informed us of your intention to return your order for a refund as per the 7 day rule. Please follow the procedure outlined on the back of your invoice and use the freepost sticker provided. We will await your returns.

Kind Regards
Sarah
