tomtom 500 help needed

Hi,
Copying from another tomtom card wont work although you may find that a genuine tomtom card will work in yours . If you were to copy husbands card then the copy would work in his.

Does above make sense? If you need clarifivcation just ask but as you were wise enough to back your up anyhow restore from that .

thanks to you all for your advice and help:beer: :j :beer: my hubby now thinks i'm a genius but he knows i used all your advice , i formatted the card and restored the back up and it works fine,:T

Did you get the speed cams on? these used to be free but are now £2 from pocketgps.

Then you will need speed cam warning voices - these are free

Then you will need celebrity voices - jane gets boring after a while.

Oh, and version 6 has recently been releases - better download this from tomtom

Or are you now thinking If it aint broke don`t fix it?

as you say bestyman "if it aint broke etc.....:D i might have a go at downloading version 6 though not to bothered about speed cameras at the minute
