O2 unlimited Internet Bolt on query

My friend has a contract with O2 with unlimited internet bolt on. He was told by the CSR that if he goes over the fair usage limit (200 MB) he will receive a call from O2 to discuss about that and unless he is contacted by them, no need to worry about the limit. She also assured that nobody has been charged for going over the limit.
Anybody has been charged for going over the limit?
He tried his sim card on an iphone (followed the steps mentioned in some website) and found it working. And he watched 2 or 3 worldcup matches and his internet usage is already over 350MB.

AFAIK the fair use limit is more than 200MB, Ive gone over that numerous times and never been charged or contacted etc0
