Ive just ordered 2 beds and no email for me which is unusual as I use littlewoods a lot and always get instant emails - and yes the sites now died due to overuse - Yikes - lol.

Ordered a bed last night , got an order no, but the screen disappeared before I could write it down. Phoned customer services, but after 15 mins on 0844 number, gave up :mad:

Quidco confirmation received this morning, but no mail from Littlewoods, and no trace of my order on my account, so that means another phone call this morning.

I'm an existing customer and am paying weekly...seems a bit hit and miss. I got a confirmation straight away on the bed.

They are not very good at sale time though, the site and staff as i have seen this before. I recieved one of my sale items yesterday and it was completeley the wrong size to what i ordered and now its all sold out!

If you have a code they will apply the code anytime to your item even after you've recieved the item. I have a £10 code and have misplaced it but when i find it i will ring to get it put on.

Still looks out of stock. Very odd though, the Add to Basket sometimes kicks in, but I get other error messages and then it goes away again.....

just had e mail confirming order i tried placing yesterday with cs.......the price now says £99 plus delivery so will be ringing cs again later as it wasn't that price i also had £10.00 off code which hasn't been added

the single with 1 mattress on very is still available thats where i'm ordering

I had a £30 off code which Littlewoods are saying can't be used with sales items. No record of my order at all, but I have the Quidco tracking mail and my bank has confirmed that the Littlewoods charge of £75 is showing pending on my credit card

they must be clamping down on codes then cos i ordered some sunglasses in the sale and used a £30 off code last year.They sent me a code cos i hadnt shopped with them in a while

ok just spoke with cs and nothing they can do unless i can prove the price was £75 i did take a screen shot but can't find it (doh) she also said code can be added once bed has arrived so i will still keep it as that will make it £89

Just checked my online bank account and the cleared balance looked rather low so have just rung the bank and they have confirmed that there are three pending transactions from Littlewoods for £75 each :eek:

So I'm getting rather !!!!!! off with them now, so it looks like another phone call, hanging on for 20 mins last night.

I think it may be worth the rest of you who have made multiple orders to check to see if the same has happened.

Really wished I'd not bother now.
