I ordered through Littlewoods and the order never showed up on my account. I have a print out of the invoice, print of original sale price and Topcashback tracked.

I'll just keep on until they get fed up of me:D

exactly what happened to me only i didn't do screen print correctly but cs i spoke to said if you can send in copy of screen print proving it was that price then we will adjust it, so maybe worth a call instead of e mails. the code i used was also off topcashback maybe worth a bash to. good luck

I never heard anything about my order and there was nothing showing in my account, but today we received a phone call to say they are being delivered tomorrow. I checked the account, and there they are - £129 each. I phoned them to complain, but they will not honour the £75 and told me to reject the delivery if I don't want them for £129 each. :mad:

ah thats a shame that maybe worth another shot through diff dept?. i ended up getting mine for £57 each. i've just come off phone to cs as i was charged 2x del charge (they were both ordered same day but diff times) she's now taking off 1 delivery charge

I've complained to them and asked them to reconsider (by email). I shall accept the delivery tomorrow, and see what happens. I can always send them back if they won't reduce them. And that means they'll have to send someone out to collect them.

also if you go onto top cashback site there is the code i used, i know you went thru littlewoods but just checked and there is a code for 15.00 off a 50.00 spend exp is aug so worth a try.

Eventually got them to agree to honour the original sale price. Phew.

I have to order at full price then have the difference credited to my card. What a palarver.

And all those times they told me my original order number wasn't an order number and this one is exactly the same except for the last three digits.

Excellent idea sarahg1969 hope you get the discount.

Ooooo, they are still refusing this and it's become a real mission with me now.

They're saying that the price was never reduced to £75.

Has anyone got a screen print of the price when it was £75 please?

mine were delivered on tuesday while I was on holiday, I did order them for £75, but the delivery note is coming up as £129 each, big difference I will now go & ring & argue the loint..... wish me luck! x
