Thanks x..... I have rang them & they have looked back & found that I complained a while back as I said my order wasnt showing of the beds at £75.... It was looked into & a note had been left on their computer to say they would let me have the beds for the £75, as the mistake was on the leaflet????.... im not sure what leaflet, but due to that mistake the price was honoured...... so im over the moon two new beds for £150...... hope you have good luck too, you can tell them that it was on the leaflet you had through at £75 for the bed & matress, good luck hope it works for you :j

We finally got our bed on Wednesday after many phone calls and initially cancelling it when they wouldn't honour the £75. Then we were contacted back and offered the bed at the reduced price. The paper work said £129 but we were told to ring once the bed was delivered and we would have the £54 credited back onto our card. Which we have done, so will await the credit card statement and see.

Persistence is the key and also which CS representative you speak.

I ordered through Littlewoods and the order never showed up on my account. I have a print out of the invoice, print of original sale price and Topcashback tracked.

I'll just keep on until they get fed up of me:D

They're saying that the price was never reduced to £75.

Has anyone got a screen print of the price when it was £75 please?

I had mine delivered yesterday, and emailed to ask them to sort it (politely, of course). I've received an email today, saying the price was an error and I can keep them for £129, or return them.

I've emailed again, asking them to reconsider, telling them I have a screen print, and asking them why some customers have been allowed to have them for that price, but not others.

How can they deliver these beds to some people, myself included at the £75 sale price, yet refuse other people & make them fight for the discount!!
Surely if it was a pricing error none of us would have got the bed!!
    They sure have me confused.
