BT Wholesale or LLU?
Options

Hi,
I'm just about to move into a new build and need a fast and reliable broadband connection as I will often need to work from home through my company's network via a VPN (not remote desktop).
I've just searched the postcode on samknows.com and it seems that my only options are adsl via BT wholesale, or TalkTalk (CPW). (See below)
Can anyone give me any advice on this? As we still need to get a phone line connected to the house by BT, it's impossible to know the speed of the line we'll have, so I have no idea what ISP I should be looking to use.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Two or three 'principal' operators provide broadband services at this exchange.

Put your new postcode into this & it'll tell you your approximate speed:
