ooo I've heard of this sort of post before. I've been threatend with this 3 weeks ago at work when I wouldnt give a customer discount on his 5p coupon that expired in March!

Basically when the customer doesn't get his/her own way,

This is about far more than a 5p voucher this is now in excess 300 pounds for dispute of 12 pounds !! if you dont owe a debt you shouldnt pay for it and they have no right to ruin soemones credit because of their mistakes.

    Correct.

Prove to them that you don't owe it and they will go away.

    Simple.

Just it we cant [prove we dont owe it however common sense does show we dont as they only have to look at the fact we have paid everything we owed consolidated them debts we we owed and the one we didnt we didnt because we cleared it the statement showed that online. i would of paid the 12 pounds just for teh sake of arhument if we had known we certainly we not of allowed it to run up for such a petty amount.

Hello. With Littlewoods and all their sister catalogues, each time you make a payment at a Post Office or at PayPoint, they add a processing charge of 50p to your next statement. They say that if you are making payments via the PO or PP, to add 50p to your payment amount to offset the 50p that they will charge the following month. That may explain the 50p and £1.50 charges that have caused all these problems. Not that it helps your situation now. Hope you get it sorted.
