    Good morning

    I'm feeling much better today, am dosed up with painkillers again, but no pain :)

    My jewellery boxes have been delivered :) they look fab!! will take a picture later, my cream material is here too just need to figure out how to go about making the coverings now, think I may need Pookys input!! Actually is she ok? haven't seen her on here for a few days.

    Beanie glad your feeling good

    Sally sorry your feeling rough

    Jo can I have some of your chipyness please? and well done on the low spend! I've just had a high spend :( the boxes came to £117.78 and the material was £25.50 :( (if the presentation makes the jewellery fly off the table i won't moan :))

    Just need to put all the lids back on the boxes now, so i can put the made jewellery aside, still sorting beads, i have so many here i don't know where to start!! I could open my own bead shop!!

    Morning all

    Glad to see some upbeat peeps on here today :D

    My Friday off and I really need to sort a lot of paperwork that I've been studiously ignoring for the past few months. Paperwork and housework are my two pet hates.

    Off to the theatre with the kids tonight. Got 4 free tickets from someone at work who can't use them, so it will just be train fares and supper to pay for. DD1 says she has some codes for Pizza Hut, so hopefully I can keep costs down a bit.

    Snaggs - hope today goes well....fingers crossed for you;
    Bunny - sorry to hear about the hayfever. K gets it too and it's just so miserable;
    Claire - get making those boxes
    LMC - a tan?? Would love to have one of those
    Gem - ooooh a spa day. Would love to have one of those too :D
    Jo - well done on the low spends
    Sal - hope you feel better soon hun. Especially with your weekend away coming up.
    Red - good to hear you sounding brighter
    Beanie - you sounds chirpy today!
    Gonzo - I love countdown to hols...
    Two9A - hiya and welcome.

    Hope I haven't missed anyone off.....

    Ooh Gemmzie, a posh spa day! I'm not sure how posh ours is going to be, it sounds fairly basic (but it was a bargain). The place's website says it is a favourite with "sopisticated (sic) young professionals".. so I will be doing my best to be sopisticated :rotfl:

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Off work today. Had an INSANE last few weeks at the office - working weekends and until 10 in the evening - so Im taking a day off in lieu.

    This weekend is moving weekend, so there is loads to do. Mad packing and cleaning, here we come!

    The work / other madness this month has totally knocked me off the MSE wagon. I've been buying work lunches, taking the bus instead of walking, and all sorts of silly things. I need a proper kick up the bum to get my house in order.

    MSE stuff done so far to get back on the wagon:
    • MSE move sorted - reservations with streetvan and help from mates
    • free haircut booked for two weeks time
    • £5 theater tickets for tonight, very MSE!
    • low spend weekend of packing coming on

    OH finally got a job offer yesterday, yay! higher income, lower rent, here we come!

    Hugs to those that need them (but aren't contagious :)) and applause for those doing well!

    That was very generous of you ;) Are you getting any nice treatments? We get a facial (my face has kindly come out in spots especially) and a back massage.. I've not really done this sort of thing before, had a massage at a beauty salon once and it was rubbish so not bothered again!
