scottish power rep any help with high first dd?

ive just switched to scottish power and theyve set up my account for the first dd to be 75 pounds-i currently only pay 56 now i put in my actual units for the year (kw) and it said i would be saving money ive phoned up and the csr said he cant tell me why its been set up at 75 only that they based it on the units i give…

Took a long time for SP to admit that I'd been given bad info. and that there was a problem. SP said that they would carry out an internal investigation. Never did hear the outcome, but it's more than they dare do to admit there was fraud.
