samsung tocco ultra screen problem!
hi there,
when i slide up my tocco ultra, the screen goes black and it takes a lot to get it to come back on again - so i keep it closed (slided down?)
i just rang my bank mobile phone insurance and they said to take it back to the shop i got it from as it's less than 2 years old so will be under samsung warrenty (got it in april 09)
i got it from phones4u... yes, bad i know. regret it. if i take it back to there, will they just say theres nothing they can do about it? or will they send it back to be repaired? or will they see there is something wrong with it in store, then give me a replacement?
i use the phone for work, so theres no real option of me being without a phone.

Unlikely they'll give you a replacement.
Simplest option is to call Samsung and send it there yourself. P4U could/might but then you have to wait while they do it, the phone come back to them, they have to get back to you. If you send it off, it gets fixed and straight back to you.0 -
i can't really be without a phone.. hmm..
it runs out in october. hmm i might just buy a cheap phone.0 -
Get a 10 quid payg, stick your sim in that. Send the Samsung back to them and swap back it gets returned. You've a spare then if you ever have a problem again.0
