Virgin Media - Bundles

Hi
We are about to sign up to Virgin Media, as we have bad televsion reception in our rented property. (Even tho we live slap bang in the middle of London!!) We can receive Virgin at the property, as the Landlady had it installed.
We are going to go for the £29.99 bundle, (Broadband L, TV Medium +, Phone M) We don't need/want phone as we use mobiles, but this seems cheapest way.
Is there any way of lowering the cost of this package? For example can we barter price down? Or are there any deals we should know about?
We are going to sign up as new customers, so will get £65 through using Top Cash Back.
We currently have a Virgin box in our house at the moment, which belonged to our Landlady. I don't know if this is of any relevance?
Many thanks!

It does'nt belong to your landlady,it belongs to Virgin & will have to be returned or your landlady will get a bill for up to £250 for the box.All equipment belongs to VM & has to be returned when you leave them.By you not owning the equipment, unlike Sky,Virgin can give you free service calls & replacement equipment or upgrades.
Best bet, give the box back to your landlady to give to the VM installer & ask for a reciept from said installer..0
