    They refund as long as it is unopened - it used to be if you changed your mind as well. If it's opened I think they deduct 10% or something. They won't take stuff back if you didn't measure up and it won't fit, either.

    I have only ever had to take a couple of things back. It was years ago and they were fine. I don't know how they are with major problems. I have heard their kitchens are hard to fit. If you give us a bit more info, people may be able to help you word your complaint (if you have one).

    Ive returned opened things before. I think sometimes it just depends on the customers attitude too, maybe thats not right but some people think its their right to speak to people who work in shops as if they are scum
