I need to know if Ikea are good with Customer complaints, any feedback would be most helpful.

Our problem got sorted out eventually but not until 4 wrongly delivered items had been delivered, waiting in all 4 times.
If you don't have any luck with the call centre, try to get a contact at your local store. Give them a chance to sort it out, but if not, ask for the manager's name, just to make sure they know you mean business.0 -

In my experience IKEA has one of the worst customer service of any large company.0

I have just had a nightmare experience with a kitchen installation by IKEA.

I forgot to say that IKEA Customer Service consisted mainly of explanations of the internal workings of IKEA, and how I needed to fully understand and appreciate these, even as they failed me so infuriatingly!0

They've always been brilliant for me. I would suppose it varies store to store.0

I've taken items back to the store before, they're fine about refunding them no questions asked really, money back on my card the next day. :T
No experience of their call centres though.Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
I would be more worried if i actually shopped there, than worrying about their complaints procedure.
Usually 'tat' shops employ stupid and intolerant staff.
Thats your opinion but I absolutely love IKEA and have only ever had to return 1 thing and I was refunded straight away no hassle or anything0 -
I too have returned products back to Ikea and had no problems with the process0
