Because they offered this returns policy! It means they've chosen to accept that will make a loss occasionally, in order to attract customers by offering something other sellers don't.Hintza wrote:If I was the seller I wouldn't be too pleased. I called the seller a few times and have finally got an answer just now. The guy seemed pretty genuine (although his English wasnt brilliant). He said that the easiest way is for me to return the card and then he will refund my Paypal account in full. Then I can buy the replacement card from him.
We exchanged addresses, eBay user ID's and he confirmed his email address to me.
I thought this sounded reasonable but would appreciate your input please?0
