dolly couture emailed back to me, i have a lady on another forum who has just got her dolly dress and its identical to mine but with a blue petticoat.

i asked her how much it was and it was $100 cheaper than mine so i asked dolly why and she offered it at the same price and she has thrown a polka dot bolero for free!

i won the dress but am having a lot of extras so i have to pay for them, i won a manhattan dress but want more so have to pay for that x
