hi all. Back from work for a bit but popping back at 6 so I can have my hair wash and blow dried for free by a learner who needs to do a long, curly diffuse dry for their qualification. Had it done last Thursday as well, might as well to be honest!

Got a letter as my fixed rate has come to an end, payment has gone down £200 a month which is excellent in that it's gone down. Sadly it doesn't put me back to a monthly break even point since my WTC stopped/teaching all but stopped for the year/tax went up following the !!!! up last year. It has lessened the negative I've been in for the last 2 months and from next month I'll be £80 a month down rather than £280.

Next step is to get a better paid job before the rate starts going back up and then re-fix when it starts getting anywhere near the payment I've just come off.

Tired, got the cold, having to deal with a grumpy Mr Squizz - he's really fed up with work (constantly bored with nothing to do) and it's starting to affect everything, really getting me down.

I went to chat with a lady today that has a holistic healing practice and shop. She is a medical herbalist and I was asking her about taking iodine to help my thyroid-anyway-it turns out she too is hypothroidic and she said she has switched to a gluten free diet and since Jan her tjhyroxine has been halved and she has lost 21lbs. and she feel loads better. I am going to try it.

  • Just popping back in again. The weather's gorgeous down here! :) I've just brought one load of washing in and I'm putting another out before I do some writing. It's far too nice a day for work but it needs to be done.
