That property is so cheap my parents were practically begging to buy our current house from us so that we could put an offer in on that one!

Can you see why the above coupled with the facts from the Register of Scotland Executive agency show that property is not overpriced in Fife.

Why then did you you infer it was

House prices aint going anywhere- definately not here in scotland.

Cuts in the private sector along with already ridiculously overpriced property = no rise.

Take a look around- me and my friends represent some of the better off individuals in our demograph (late 20s) yet none of us will be able to afford a nice family home for many, many years.

Its cheap in comparison to prices in recent years, but property is still in generally overpriced.

If 3D tvs halved in price over night they would be cheap in comparison to what you'd expect to have to pay... but still dear...

    ...

ISTL just linked to actual sold prices in your town that were directly comparable to 2007 prices in the other thread.

    Your claims are untrue.

    And here is my prediction.

    You are a Tory pr@ck.

So I take a mild dig at a body set up by the new Conservative led government and in your mind that makes me a "Tory Pr@ck".

To be fair, all things considered, you have done quite well to switch on your PC.

I'll give you some good advice. Take more water with it.

This can only be good news - house prices rising at a more sustainable level than under the previous boom (2005-07) and bust (2008- early 09).
