Still can't access my Lloyds account through EggMM,
Try going direct to your Lloyds account first. There is a message there that needs reading and its related box ticking to say you have read it.
Then log out.
Having done that, try your Egg 'Your Money' Manager once again. You will need to follow the instructions to allow the new Lloyds account(s) to work and to cancel the old one(s).
Then all should work OK.
Well it did for me. Not sure I really like the new stuff though and am still getting used to it.
I see they are still using the same old crappy, meaningless transaction references.0 -
I personally do not like the new online banking, and one of my reasons i have never left Lloyds is because their online banking compared to others looked and felt so much better.
It was very clean and simple.
Now the new one just looks like a mess, with things all over the place.
You can ring 0800 015 0158 (Internet Banking Help Line), and leave feedback on the changes if you wish. I did, i just asked if it was possable to have an option for "classic mode" in my account as i think it looks cluttered now, and the man just said all he can fill in a feedback form, and if there is a common theme with the feedback they will look more into it.0 -
I now cannot open my Lloyds accounts through the Egg 'Your Money' Manager.
I did manage to get it to work, somewhat incompletely and to a fashion, but not properly,
I then tried Deleting and Re-installing them. However, no joy.
Can anyone else get them working?

Well have logged on today through my Egg money account and in all its glory I can now see my accounts on Lloydstsb new website.
What do I think. Its BRILLIANT!0 -

Rang them to ask about how to customise the look and feel - colours are difficult to read with certain types of colour blindness.
Was told there is nothing the can do about it - and I couldn't leave any feedback with them. The guy on the phone just wasn't interested. :mad:0
