Santander Flexible ISA in Today's Mailout - Where Is It?

Hello there,
I can't find details anywhere of the Santander 3.2% Flexible ISA, mentioned in today's mailout. I am an A&L Premier Account customer so would be definitely interested in this. It hasn't appeared yet in the MSE best ISAs list, it's not on either the A&L or Santander sites. Anyone know where to find details?
