Is there a cooling off period on Orange upgrade contracts?

    Thats a big unknown, until proven in law.

    Strictly no, it's not a new contract it's an upgrade to an existing contract, and the DSR does not apply to new contracts however most places do accept 7 day returns under the DSR.

    erm... good luck...

    if its from us in store it at the Discretion of the Branch Manager there are no returns on orange upgrades

    Thanks for that don't think i'll bother then, my other opition is to flog the HTC desire and buy the iphone (knew I should have gone for it!) - would that work with my sim?

    i dont think it will as orange iphones come with there own sims, even on an upgrade

    Even tho I have had a new sim on Saturday with the desire?

    yeah, when a person upgrades thu CPW to iphone on orange, on the iphone box there is a sim which HAS to be used with that iphone

    The iPhone 4 runs a micro sim, so you'll either have to cut it down or try to get a micro out of Orange (and they've just told me on the phone they won't be supplying them on request, only with the relevant acc's from new!).

    What about the 3GS 8gb or 16gb - would these models not accept my sim?
