Sounds like a greedy, silly mare. She will tire of this eventually but you may wish to involve the police whose warning might be enough to stop her. The police will probably tell her (as would a solicitor) that she has no claim in a non-syndicate situation (it's hard enough to prove a syndicate win if you haven't set it up properly). Let alone, how on earth she would ever hope to prove that she dreamt the winning lottery numbers (not to mention they weren't the winning lottery numbers the week she dreamt them eh?).

Years ago Walkers crisps had packets of crisps with 100, 000 grand ticket in them. A child was staying at a friends house was given a winning packet by the Mother.

The parents of the visiting child thought they should have been entitled to half the money. Even tho they weren't there.

It became very unpleasant, both camps thought they were in the right.

This womans a loon, she wants the money so has made herself believe she is entitled.

Gambling is very very simple. Whoever paid the original stake is entitled to the winnings. If more than one person contributed the winnings are shared on the same percentages.

You paid 100% of the original stake, she paid 0%. I think its obvious what she's entitled to!

I reckon threatening her with the police and informing her that you've saved a record of every incidence of harrassment would probably shut her up. If it doesn't then follow through on the threat! I bet she just wants you to make her an offer and pay her to go away.
