Nokia 6680 Error Message

Got a Nokia 6680 on PAYG with Vodafone.
Each time I try and access Vodafone Live or send an email message via phone I get the error message "Packet data not available Check Network Services"
I have been on Vodafone wbsite and received latest configuraton settings and set as default but error still happening.
Can anyone help me out
