O2 monthly tariff is email/web included?

Options
Evening all,
I have got a 250min/100 text o2 contract but I don't see where the email and internet services fit in. I am guessing that these incur extra charges, so have left well alone!
Am I right? Any feedback appreciated as I don't want to miss out if I have already paid for these features!

In short yes you are right- they changed the rules recently which has left me fuming as I'm in the middle of my contract:mad: . You used to be able to get 500 minutes of WAP time free but they stopped that early this year I think.

Same here - 2nd month into my contract.

I have set up my phone for email/Internet SHOULD I need it (can't think why though) but will probably never use it (unless O2 have another rethink )
  • That's what I thought!
Just found this page on o2 site, I am sure this is new as I had a good trawl there last night!!
    http://www.o2.co.uk/services/o2active/faqs
..."New Pay Monthly customers will get the following to use within the first 30 days of connection:
30 days of free browsing (limited to 5MB)"
Better go use these up, thanks for help.

Double check with customer service, but you should get 1MB of GPRS browsing per month if you are on a current tariff.

  • 100Kb per month included. As I sit in front of a computer all day, can't see me using this even!
