Still on-going, this. Daily reboot, of which Virgin are saying is normal. (So, customers HAVE to reboot their Modem at 6-8pm EVERY DAY?) Speeds dropping below 1Mbps during this time.
They put it down to interference from baby monitors, microwaves, TV's, boilers, at one point, and the latest one is that he should just put up with it, because Virgin's departments won't give it a second look due to it being accessible for some period during the day.
And all this as Orange are offering a superb deal on Broadband with a £10 Xbox.0 -
Going back to your post in June, BT may 'rent' the line to VN, but their domain ends at the master socket. Any extensions or internal wiring are entirely the repsonsibility of the owner or occupier.No free lunch, and no free laptop
