HTC HD2 web problem

Hi,

I won the HTC HD2 phone in a recent competition

I have been playing with it but cannot get it to connect to the internet at all via the network. (It works fine via wifi)

I am on the o2 network and on PAYG. I have tried everything and searched the internet but still cant figure out what to do .

I would be grateful if anyone who has solved this problem before or knows what to do could please help me.

Eventually found a solution !

If you won it, it's most likely a sim free and won't have the O2 setting for internet (or wap, mms etc) in it.

They live on the phone not the sim, if you call CS and tell them which phone you have they can texted the setting to it and talk you through setting them live. After that, no more problems. . .

Dan, glad you found the XDA-Devs forum, it is THE best place for all kinds of problem-solving, loads of tips and plenty of goodies for HTC handsets. Have a look in the HD2 Themes and Apps section if you haven't already and check the Cookie Home Tab thread, this is right now IMHO the best modification available for Sense... oh and be prepared to spend hours browsing round that site, it is addictive
