It's definately worth trying Constructaquote.com for public liability insurance. I've used them in the past and I've always found them competitive.0

I helped my uncle get a few quotes last week and we found this one to be the cheapest for him, and it was online so we got a price straight away. I think it is through HCC like someone else already mentioned too.
