Please does anybody know how to change from having 300 free txs when top up by £10 a monoth to a mixture of free calls and texts? I did it last time and nothing happened. Thanks

You would probably be best speaking to someone at the O2 customer services to see what they say, especially if last time you tried nothing happened - they may be able to tell you what the problem was or to sort it out manually while you are actually speaking to them

Sorry hun, the allowances changed in May, so you can't have the mixed bundle any more. :mad:

For £10 a month you can now have 300sms, 50 anytime mins or 100 offpeak mins. Higher top ups are rewarded with higher allocations, though you have to request this via customer service.

Littlestar is right, you only get the 100 minutes if you are already on that package. A few months ago I tried to change DS's phone from 300 texts to 100 minutes, but he only gets 50 minutes.

Is it just me or does anyone else find the O2 site very confusing?
