https://www.nd-ink.co.uk isn't too bad - last time we got ink for our R220 it was 99p per cartridge. They do seem to run out a little faster but hey if we're saving £20 squid in the process, I'm not going to complainspacey0 -
Yep compats here also.
They will not fade if framed behind glass.
But deffo do if not.
I only ever print photos if it is a one off eg.something I have tried to make in photoshop otherwise it is far cheaper to have them done at spielmans or if you have card cost co.0 -
You can get cheap cartridges on eBay. Mine cost about £1 to £2 each (including postage); the Epson ones are £12-£15 each.
I've heard that the compatible ones are not as vibrant as the Epson ones and fade quicker, but I've never really noticed any difference. If I wanted something to last I'd just print another copy or get a photography shop to print it on glossy paper.0 -

i've used various compats in my epson and every picture I've printed and framed (behind glass) has faded to some extent, some more than others0
