    SS!!! :D

https://www.nd-ink.co.uk isn't too bad - last time we got ink for our R220 it was 99p per cartridge. They do seem to run out a little faster but hey if we're saving £20 squid in the process, I'm not going to complain :D
    spacey :)

    Yep compats here also.
They will not fade if framed behind glass.
    But deffo do if not.
I only ever print photos if it is a one off eg.something I have tried to make in photoshop otherwise it is far cheaper to have them done at spielmans or if you have card cost co.

You can get cheap cartridges on eBay. Mine cost about £1 to £2 each (including postage); the Epson ones are £12-£15 each.

I've heard that the compatible ones are not as vibrant as the Epson ones and fade quicker, but I've never really noticed any difference. If I wanted something to last I'd just print another copy or get a photography shop to print it on glossy paper.

i've used various compats in my epson and every picture I've printed and framed (behind glass) has faded to some extent, some more than others
