Phone call from sky?

I've just had a phone call from sky (perhaps) wanting me to secure my account? He wanted first name DoB etc. plus wanted me to make up a password. Told him to write to me. Anyone else had this call?

An idea but does anyone know what department/phone number to use? I'm tempted to leave it, I didn't give them any information, and told them to write to me. I don't understand why Sky would want me to secure my account they have been taking DD payments from me for years.0 -
i had a couple of calls from sky, i missed both but rang them to find out what they wanted and it sounds like what you were called about ie secure your account with a password etc. Definitely safer to give them a call back to get this confirmed though,
I'm not sure what number i called them on but i have just found this one to do with account queries 08442 414 1410
