Well I am truly pleased that most have had good service and no complaints. I will send parcel back and just hope I get my money back. I do object to having to make many phone calls at premium rates which I do not think is good customer service. I did try e mailing but it wouldn't let me send it saying it was 'incomplete' - it wasn't!
If you google 'say no to 0870' put thenumber u need to dial in it will ring up a normal landline number to use instead.
It's great, only found out about it myself a few weeks ago, workswith everything I have triedso far.Please be nice to all moneysavers!

Thanks for that but I did try that site and couldn't find one for Simply Be. If you have one could you post it please as I'm sure it would help others - and me if I don't get my money refunded!0

This is the number I use to ring Fashion World, Simply Be & 50+........All under same number as all same company basically (JD Williams)- > 0161 386 2009...found on the "say no to 0870" site0
