The telephone for Santander PPI claims is 0845 600 6014 and then choose the correct options.

    Address is:

    PPI Complaints,
    PO Box 6197,
    Milton Keynes.
    MK10 1UY

They handle and refund all Abbey/A&L/Santander PPI claims. I've spoken on the number and sent documents to the address.

What if it wasnt Santander? Their mortgages were frequently arranged by mortgage advisers and the mortgage adviser has the liability in that case. Not the lender.

I did see that the OP post was over a year and half ago but thought the details might be useful since they asked about an Abbey credit card, not mortgage.

    I'll delete the posts.
