I've lost my cool with those idiots at Paypal - I keep on saying that I've given hard evidence that the PS2 was delivered, yet twice now they've given me that "not enough proof" excuse in their mailmerged response. I'm abosultely fed up with this - what are my options, can I take this to the press, small claims, etc? I WANT MY MONEY BACK.0

maybe they're talking about weight / dims of the parcel?
either way, contact the financial services authority as paypal are clearly breaking their own T&C here which requires a tracking number and doesn't really mention anything elsemoney saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)
