K800i help

From previous experiences with Nokias, and Samsungs, and I suppose the same would hold true of Sony Ericssons, the phone has to be re-flashed. This will get rid of any funny icons, logos and animations and will restore the phone to "retail condition". Do a search on google, or try your nearest phone shop, one of them will at least be able to do it.
If you feel like you are upto it, then you can do it yourself using the original supplied data cable with the phone and a software download off

otherwise there's
http://www.kingmobilephone.com/pages/sony-ericsson/k800i-debrand.php if you would rather have someone else do it for you.
Google for k800i flashing and you will find a fair bit of others who might be able to do it for less.0 -
