can some one advise me please

im with sky for all three..phone broadband and tv....i have a full tv package unlimited phone calls and unlimiyed broadband
i phoned sky up today to discuss my options about reducing my services and they said they couldnt do anything at all..very helpful lol
at present it all works out about 90 a month due to phone calls to alderney where my mum lives that are not under the free package..
is there anyway of getting all of this cheaper...bit of a noob when it comes to this..i dont want to reduce my tv as it does get used however i only use the web for surfing and sending emails never watch movies or downloads music
any ideas

Are you on sky talk unlimited seeing as you are phoning your mum a lot? If your calls are over £5 a month perhaps you should consider it.

There is also an option of taking just sky sports pack 1 or 2 at £9 each.
They have recently changed the broadband pack which is very naughty - I hardly ever download anything at all, however, only last week I received an email from sky stating that I was over my monthly use limit and if it happened again I would be charged - they have put a 2gb a month usage on it!
I have never had a problem before! This forced me to upgrade to unlimited and now have to pay monthly rather than have it free.
If phonecall charges are a problem, you could cut them down by using SKYPE. If your mother has a computer and both of you download skype, you could call each other on that and it's absolutely FREE!;) I use it to call one of my sisters' and it's as though she is in the room it's so clear.0 - Unlimited calls to 20 international destinations and

dont want to cut down on tv as we use all the channels lol...i have the talk unlimited but it doesnt cover alderney as its not in europe and not in england its an independent state ;lol
im in contract with sky till september i found out today so gonna leave it till then then swap to a cheaper provider

sorry and as for skype i have it and told my mum about it and bless her she dont know how to turn her computer on so talking on it would not work she is an official technophobe lol0

Why not phone your mum's home phone using your skype from your computer? My mate uses his to phone his sister in Perth Australia, it's really cheap.0

As someone who LIVES in Alderney I can tell you that we are NOT in Europe and NOT in the EU :eek:
We are independant and have our own governement. The head of the government is Sir Norman Browse. Our law is separate to British law and we have our own courts.0
