sorry if this has been covered before....
To claim cashback with CPW, which is the 4th airtime bill?
(1) the physical 4th bill you get shortly after 3 months of connection? if so, do you need to wait until you have been connected for 4 months before sending off the claim?
(2) the next bill you get after being connected for 4 months? (which is the 5th physical bill)
