With no proof of purchase, how will that work? And is it really worth it for £2.50?ben500 wrote:For £2.50 refund immediately and claim after fifteen days from rm there is nothing to think about here."I have enough money to last me the rest of my life, unless I buy something."0 -
You obviously have not done your research, you do not need proof of purchase merely proof of posting to make a claim from rm. Besides the seller did not say they did not have proof of purchase anyway, unless of course your referring to your own incident, in which case I would say that you need to adopt a more empathic approach to your customers.tsharp wrote:With no proof of purchase, how will that work? Well there hopefully is a lesson learned, always get proof of postage.tsharp wrote:Yeah i was talking about my situation. No proof of postage, so i am at the mercy of the postal system with this one!Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
a certificate of postage doesn't cost anything, some post offices still hand write them on the red and white forms, others do it as a printed one - you only need to say to the postmaster that you need proof of posting and s/he will give you whichever one they do - you can't claim with RM without this so it is always advisable to ask for one - doesn't cost anything but in this case would have saved you £2.50 as you really should refund the buyer.0
