That's bad toniq ..I'd tell tehn that you wouldn't wipe your backside with their product after the way they treat you there.
Rules are one thing, ignoring you is another and very unprofessional.

A consolation prize would be good faith. Hope you get some consolation at least.

Not sure the individual prizes are worth £23 seems like alot, I had estimated the blue prizes at £10.00 (not an educated guess mind)
