I think thats just Andrex thinking their Andrex goodies are sought after (which they are my 2 hot water bottle covers are lonely lol).

The big prizes are all around £150 each.

30 a day would equal £4500 a day and £94500 for the 3 week period. Much more than the £20000 stated and not including the Andrex goodies.

2 Gold prizes a day would equal £300 a day and £6300 for the 3 week period. Leaving approx £13700+ for all the Andrex goodies for the promotion so approx £650+ a day for 28 prizes making them around £23+ each which sounds about right.

..which makes just over 2 andrex prizes an hour between everyone playing ? Plus the lucky 2 top prize winners. Gratz to the winners here, but I think maybe they set it to pay out a bit wrongly initially and that golden hour or two may have been a freak?

    Hope i'm wrong :)

    Advice needed,

This paid out more than 28 blue prizes yesterday, which they have no issue about,

BUT when they reset it, it seems they blocked the gold wins, so people like myself and 3 otherswhen they hit the gold couldn't claim it, we aren't getting a response, just ignored about our wins.

Do I let it go? Or argue it out?

It's annoying beyond belief, I have emailed them after having to ask them for their email as they didn't do anything to resolve this, offered them my I.P so they could check that against the time of my win, but they just ignore or answer irrelevant stuff back?

    Any advice is appreciated. xxx

Toniq, I would argue it, it kept glitching on me yesterday - landed on 3 x gold froze then skipped forward, but if it had stopped finally on gold like yours, I would argue! At the end of the day it is their error not yours xx Good luck xx
    August: £149/£150

    Sept: £200
  • Haha, I've just read the terms and conditions - I bet I win on the day the prize is "£150 to the nominated charity of your choice". This reminds me of my friends wedding where a couple gave them a card saying instead of giving them a wedding gift they had donated £30 to charity.

Same happened to me but its our words against theirs, without a screenshot I think we have no leg to stand on, they gave the other two gold prizes out yesterday (apparantly according to the andrex puppy himself last gold was won after closing!!!)

Not sure the individual prizes are worth £23 seems like alot, I had estimated the blue prizes at £10.00 (not an educated guess mind)
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff
