    I love the variety of text sizes and colours. Exclamation marks are also well used. It's a shame he has not used some different fonts to add variety - it really needs some comic sans.

    What's the point of sending some books worth £5 tracked? It's almost as silly as a seller a few months ago who sent me a 99p CD recorded delivery.

    We have them on here all the time. They work on the basis that every buyer on ebay is a scammer so pay 74p a time for recorded without really thinking about it. It lines RMs pockets and does have the advantage it makes the rest of us look mega cheap, which means we can outsell them at every turn. Then it turns up at my door with the normal post, no signature and no online delivery confirmation..great idea.
