One of those very precise sellers!

came across this listing - not sure he's going to get many buyers for his booklets as he's put them under the category wooden boxes
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Selection-9-WWII-Military-Information-Booklets-/180518821808
he's very precise about his conditions eg
Please do not bid until you have read the entire listing, YES THAT MEANS YOU!!
and
If you have a problem with our charges please buy elsewhere.
Sorry about that, but something had to be said.

What can I say..I'm amazed he thinks he's going to achieve any realistic price for his auctions. His listings are so bad on so many levels

    This made me laugh ... I've never had to fork out any extra for a COP;

Due to E-bay/PayPal's, (little known) refund policy, items lost in transit, or "reported as not arrived", will result in a refund being made against the sellers account, for this reason we are forced to obtain a proof of delivery, which results in extra postal cost.

I am embarrassed to say he lives just down the road from me, and no I won't be bidding LOL
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Is he allowed to refuse paypal except from overseas buyers? Especially as his rant witters on about paypal refund policies towards the end (- I surprised myself by getting that far).
And all that for a fiver - bargain!

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I think he means overseas buyers can only use paypal, i.e. no cheques etc.

Good grief, I gave up after the first sentence, the YES THAT MEANS YOU!! part is a bit violent for my liking, I'll skip the essay-like amount of terms and conditions thanks.

He also appears to be a business seller but is not registered as such. I dare say someone will report him as he is also advertising house clearances which I believe he does himself (check out his previous e-bay ID).
