I dont think it did, it brought out all those that have been hanging on watching and benifiting from the info that people like mcdonag (sp), bleugh classics, r+r raider, BB999, Hokers and all those I have forgot that find misprices on a regular basis,

Isn’t that what this site is meant to be about?
Posting loop-holes, mis-prices, deals, codes, generally helping each other out.

I appreciate some people find more mis-prices than others, but some people go looking for them more than others, . I think a lot of people tend to look and find while doing their weekly shop or when something larger is highlighted like the computer will go purposely to look for that item, as I did this week (xmas is round the corner after all) and most of us on this site joined because we want to save money)

I can understand people getting annoyed when questions have already been covered but I think we need to remember how many questions we asked when we first joined and didn’t always know where to look for the answers. Searching back 40 odd threads only to find you are being ridiculed because the answer was on the 41st is just rude. If you don’t like the question, think it’s stupid or what ever then don’t answer. Someone with a little more patience or time will answer for you.

I don’t know about other people but I know I look at this thread quite often, but don’t post often because I haven’t anything constructive to say. The thread has been busier than usual over the last week or so because there have been so many more miss- prices in Tesco’s.Therefore more people are reporting their finds and experiences as well as the bickering, boasting and insults that have also helped to bulk it out.

I apologise using the quote above, I’m not directing my comments at anyone in particular. Just giving my view.

I hope that ALL mis-prices are genuine and that I haven’t wasted my time, effort and money looking for items that weren’t there in the first place.

Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves
  • Had my eye on a lite on dvd recorder yellow sel £68.84 expired 5/9

    Scans £68.84

checked 4 stores in Northants, no sign of the 1692 laptop.

3 out of 5 gameboy games scanned at higher price. Couldn't be bothered as Queue was too long.
