    Hi everyone
Thanks again for the help and advice
Refunded her this morning as I didnt want the worry of the blackmail claim etc.
Just had email all in capitals saying why have I refunded her without checking if she still wants item. She does still want the item and wants to know whats going on.
I am not replying as TBH I dont need the hassle right now.
She is not out of pocket unlike me who now pays paypal & ebay fees.
    Anything for a peaceful life:o

Just reply politely saying that you've refunded her so that she can add her required delivery address to her paypal account, then re-pay you, and you can then send the item to the address she'd like you to send it to.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

As pinkshoes has said, explain it is so you can send to her PP new/gifted address.

Also, don't worry about your PP fees as they are refunded automatically via the refund. So, if she doesn't repay it will only be the Ebay fees lost.

Do not resell it to her. Block her. If she is in capital letter mode, she's going to be trouble.

The OP would not be reselling technically they have a;ready sold and the buyer has paid (even though they have been refunded) so the seller can be reported as a non performing seller and feedback left.

    Hi
I see what your saying cyberbob, its just that I cant face the hassle. I explained with the refund why I was refunding. She says she cannot alter her address with paypal due to computer problems. I am prepared for the negative feedback (my 1st ever) but as I dont feel like selling anything else after this thats ok. Its the attitude from the start thats upset me, I have kept it all really polite but have been made to feel like a scammer. Thanks again you have been great

Ah, her computer must be stuck on capitals, and paypal mustn't like that. I think you've done the right thing OP, always follow your instincts.

If she leaves a negative, just respond to it saying "buyer wanted item sent to unconfirmed address".

I'd still phone ebay to see what they say, as you ought to be able to get your fees back somehow.

If a refund has been given, you are correct about the feedback. But incorrect about the terminology.
