Amazon vouchers of ebay

I got some Amazon vouchers of ebay , now seller is refusing to take cq or paypal and only wants a bank transfer.

He sent me the codes but i put them in amazon to check and they seem to be geninue , but i do not intend using all the vouchers till another month or so but seller is aware of this fact cause i asked him a question about how long they are vaild for because i wasnt going to use them for a while, is there anyway he can reclaim these vouchers or cancel them or could they be stolen or anything like that.

Because i dont want to send payment unless im really sure as i dont want to be conned in anyway .....as seller as told me he can get me more vouchers as a place where he works he can get hold of them so this has me worried that they may be stolen or something?

Thanks for that TallGirl ,great help.

Think its best if i contact Amazon as well , as something didnt seem right to me as people dont usually send you things without payment first as i was a bit suspect about this.
