Hi,
I got a 24 month contract with 3 network over a month ago. The package is for 900 uk mins, unlimited internet, unlimited blackberry. How ever I went on a 3day trip to belfast and when I returned I realised I was charged for roaming.I called them and they agreed to cancel the roaming charges but stated I would be charged for any other roaming charges in north ireland.I told them that the last time I checked northern ireland is in the uk. I told dem dt I signed a contract which stipulates I am entitled to these calls any where in the uk. I told dem dy were in breach as they were not living up to their tearms of the contract to provide me with the uk minutes. I have family in belfast and I go there quite a lot. I said ds and dey said dy will offer me 1 month free rental and later they said dy will credit my acct with extra 19 pounds which will be abt 50pounds credit. I go to belfast at least once a month and I have got 23 months left on d contract. Then they said they could cancel the contract. I already lost a great deal with tmobile when theyy offered me a cheaper deal with the exact services to renew, I decided to go for the 3 network offer because it took tmobile a long time to give me a good offer, so I took out the 3 contract. I could have cancelled as tmboile offered a day after I took 3,but I decided to stick with 3.
I'm really confused and I do not know wat to do. I obviously have lost the chance for the deal with tmboile and 3 is trying to wriggle out of this. What are my rights? Help please. I also had to take out a 1 year insurance contract plan for the phone

Just a minor point, your post would be a bit easier to read if you didn't use 'words' like dis, dem, dt, d and dey. Have you got something against words beginning with 'd' ?

Did you check that you weren't connected to a South network when you were in NI ? I know signal strength can change and especially if you're near the border then you could inadvertently roam onto an network from the South.
edit - you really didn't need to post this in 3 places - it's better to have it in one correct place so that people can keep track of the replies and not duplicate effort.0 -
Agreed I gave up at 'dem' :TWife to a great husband and mum to 4 fantastic kids 9,8,4,3 they drive me mad but I would do anything and give everything for my family :grinheart
