Try answering the phone and speaking to them. That should help.0

Are we to assume that you owe them money?
They have the audacity to call you and ask when you will be paying it back?
Shocker.....0 -
How very helpful of you all!
OP, head over to the Debt Free Wannabee (DFW) board. You will find a lot of information and help from people there. They should also be able to point you towards some template letters.
DCA's are know for their harrassing ways, but communication is key. In writing only! Otherwise they'll say you agreed to give them 20,000 k over the phone when you may only have 20p!
You'll also need to complete your SOA and send it into them as proof of your income and expenditure and how much you can afford to repay them each month.
Good luck!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

He probably will and it will be more informative then your first post in this thread.
Op ignore the retards who make smart comments. Obviousily they can't compute your post (which says alot about them by the way) .
Send them this letter in the first instance.

If that fails then send this one
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=23625447&postcount=8
If they still ignore you then this should do it.

If you feel that you want to please post more about your financial situation and maybe the more approachable of us here could maybe help you out a bit more.

Other posts aside, their really is no need for anyone to belittle the op. The op's post is quite understandable and silly comments arn't needed.0
