Don't hold your breath for a call back from BT!
DH and I are Radio Hams and our gear does not affect our BT broadband, however I have a "lookie likie" phone charger for a mobile that trashes our router if it is ever plugged in to particular sockets in the house, nowhere near the router either.0 -

I would be suprised if I didnt get a call back from BT
in the last 6 weeks its been like getting blood out of a stone trying to get BT to sort this fault out, one email at 7pm on saturday night to BTs cheif exec has resulted in the problem being sorted out pronto and getting several updates a day from many BT managers:beer:0 -
