T-mobile providers

I am looking to change my provider (am currently with Utility Warehouse) but my phone is locked to T-mobile (and it can't be unlocked). I would like to just have a pay as you go sim from someone like Asda or Tesco, they seem to be cheaper than t-mobile themselves.
anyone know if there is one of these that uses T-mobile?

virgin use t mobile but that does not necessarily mean your phone will work without unliocking

Why can your phone not be unlocked ?

Who told you that? T mobile couldn't unlock my Nokia but £15 down the market soon had it done

Thanks for your reply - will try Virgin. I've tried to unlock the phone by buying a code for it but it won't work. Even on the market they can't do it so don't know what's wrong.

codes don't always work but a good market trader WILL be able to unliock just about anything
